At AquaShop, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return an item:

- Provide Information: Include your order number, item description, and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with your RA number
3. Return Shipping
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- You will not be charged for return shipping
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund
Customer Preference Returns
If you're returning an item due to personal preference:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 3-5 business days
- If approved, we'll process your refund
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
Refund Amount
Your refund will include:
- The full purchase price of the item
- Original shipping costs (if item was defective or incorrect)
The following are not refundable:
- Original shipping costs (for customer preference returns)
- Return shipping costs (unless item was defective)
- Restocking fees (if applicable)
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or model. To request an exchange:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate that you would like an exchange
- Specify the item you would like to receive
- We'll ship the new item once we receive your return
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order products
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Opened or used safety equipment
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Items without original packaging or tags
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
8. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- Do not return the item without authorization
- We'll arrange for pickup of the incorrect item
- We'll send the correct item at no additional cost
9. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to:
- Large or bulky items over $500
- Opened electrical or electronic items
- Items returned without original packaging
Restocking fees do not apply to defective or incorrect items.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@aquashop.com
11. Warranty Claims
Many products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims:

- We'll assist you in filing a claim
- Warranty terms vary by manufacturer
- Some warranties require direct contact with the manufacturer

Return Address
Please do not ship returns without a Return Authorization number. The return address will be provided with your RA number.
